Her most well-known work is her portrayal of Parker on the TNT TV series Leverage (2008-2012) and for her role in the revival of Leverage: Redemption which streams on IMDb TV and Freevee. Riesgraf made an appearance with her then-fiance Jason Lee as the character Natalie Duckworth on the show My Name Is Earl in 2005 and 2007, as well as in Alvin and The Chipmunks as a mother at the supermarket in 2007. In 2008, she played the bride who was not named in the official video to "Cath ..." by Death Cab for Cutie.From 2008 until 2012, she played the lead role as Parker in the TNT series Leverage. In 2015, Riesgraf starred in the USA Network series Complications that follows a morally conflicted doctor's journey; the show ran for a single season. In September of 2019 Riesgraf was chosen to play the leading role in Paramount Network's drama series 68 Whiskey.
