Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. The most recognizable role she has played is as anchorwoman on CNN's morning show At This Hour. She previously co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan was one of CNN its award-winning coverage of the presidential 2012 and 2016 elections. Bolduan has also been a correspondent for Congress based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan is an integral part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress activities, including talks to increase the loan limit for federal government and the Super Committee deliberations. As general assignment reporters, she has covered stories like those of Christmas Day bombing in 2009 as well as the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare.
